Chatham Pumpkin People

It is October, the month of pumpkins, so once again I traveled to Chatham, MA to view the pumpkin people in the park. Each year businesses in Chatham put together a display using pumpkins. These displays are set up for viewing in Kate Gould Park. I love looking at these. So worth the 1.5 hour drive to see them.

Here are pictures of some of my favorites.

After walking through the park I went to the Chatham Fish Pier and let the seals entertain me for an hour. The restrooms at the Chatham Fish Pier are open year round, just in case you were wondering.

Then went for some lunch at Kream and Cone in Dennis. I had fried clam strip plate which comes with both french fries and onion rings. I paid $21 for the plate and couldn't finish so I brought the rest home for lunch the next day.

I was with my mother-in-law and she got the fried oyster plate which was $29.99. Kream and Cone closes for the season on October 29th.
